On May 22nd, we completed custom production and factory inspection of a batch of Cement Floor Forming Machines. The machines have been loaded into containers and shipped to Manila South Port, Philippines. The end user is a local medium-sized contractor, and the equipment will be used for floor slab projects at two new warehouses and one light industrial plant around Manila.
Full load test before shipment
On our in-house test line, we ran a 4-hour simulated pouring test using the cement and aggregate mix parameters sent by the customer. Results:
Forming speed: 12–15 m²/hour (normal working conditions)
Flatness deviation: ≤2mm on a 2m straightedge
Hydraulic oil temperature rise: normal range, no leakage
About the machine
The Cement Floor Forming Machine is a mobile unit designed for fast forming, form positioning, and flatness control on large concrete floors. It works well for warehouses, factories, logistics centers, parking lots, airport aprons, and similar projects. Compared to traditional manual methods (formwork + vibration + troweling), it can cut construction time by 40%–50%.
Example – Philippine warehouse project
The Philippine customer is using the machine for a warehouse project of about 4,500 m². With this machine, the floor pouring and forming took 9 days – traditional manual work would have taken an estimated 18 days. The customer contacted us last month, and to meet their schedule, we went from design and production to testing and shipping in 25 days – payment and delivery all done within that time.
