1. Before entering the site, you need to clearly understand the construction conditions and tasks. After entering the site, you should strictly abide by the relevant safety regulations on the construction site. Construction conditions and tasks include: soil height and depth excavation, underground cables, various pipes, slopes and wire heights, tombs, tunnels and various obstacles.
2. Check whether the switch contacts and circuit insulation are good.
3. Check whether the fuel, lubricating oil and cooling water are sufficient. When it's not enough, it should be added. Do not smoke or approach an open flame when adding fuel to avoid fire.
4. Check the hydraulic system, operating valve, working cylinder, oil pump and other pipelines for leakage and abnormal movement.
5. Check whether the wire rope clip and the fixed wire rope are firm and reliable.
6. When working on rocky soil or permafrost, dig.
7. Check, maintain, adjust and tighten the excavator according to the daily maintenance items.
8. Put the master clutch lever in the "neutral" position and start the engine. (If it's a crank, watch out for the handle and hurt people; don't wrap the rope around your hands if the rope has started). Check whether the instrument, driving mechanism, working unit and braking mechanism are normal, and confirm the correctness before starting work.
9. After the engine is started, it is strictly forbidden to stand on buckets, handrails, rails and sheds.
