Geological survey before operation
Confirm that there are no cables or pipelines underground in the construction area. Casings need to be pre-buried in the clay layer to prevent hole collapse. Impact drills should be used when the rock hardness exceeds 60MPa.
Strictly fix the equipment base
After unfolding the support legs, it must be calibrated with a level meter. Steel plates (thickness ≥ 10mm) must be laid on the soft ground to ensure that the tilt angle of the whole machine is less than 2°.
Drill bit matching geology
For clay/sand layers, use spiral drill bits (speed ≤ 120rpm), and for hard rock layers such as granite, switch to alloy roller drill bits (pressure > 3MPa).
Overload operation is prohibited
The machine needs to be stopped for cooling after working continuously for 2 hours. If the hydraulic oil temperature exceeds 85℃, check the cooling system immediately. If the motor current fluctuation exceeds ±15%, the circuit should be checked.
Maintain the transmission system regularly
Replenish lithium-based grease every 50 hours, replace the wire rope when the wear reaches 10% of the diameter, and clean the gearbox and replace the CKC-320 gear oil every quarter.
Stop the machine immediately if there is abnormal vibration
When the drill rod deflects more than 5° or the machine body shakes abnormally, it may encounter underground cavities or boulders. The drill tool needs to be pulled out and repositioned to avoid the risk of stuck drill.
