(1) Shift maintenance

① clean the outside of the machine, check and eliminate oil, water and air leaks in all parts.

② Check whether the connection between the machine and each accessory device and instrument is firm and reliable, and fasten it in time if it is found to be loose.

③ Check whether the diesel oil, engine oil and cooling water are sufficient. If not, add enough in time, and regularly fill the manual refueling place with lubricating oil, and check whether the oil circuit is unblocked. In dusty areas, clean the air filter after each shift.

(2) The first level maintenance shall be carried out after the diesel engine has operated for a total of 100 hours. In addition to completing the shift maintenance, the following maintenance contents shall also be completed.

① Change the engine oil and clean the oil pan.

② Remove the oil filter element and diesel filter element, and check whether they are damaged. If they are damaged, replace them. If they are not damaged, clean them with diesel or kerosene.

③ Remove the air filter element and brush off the dust on the element with a soft brush. If an oil bath air filter is used, the oil should be changed.

④ Check the oil in the high-pressure oil pump and replace or add oil. ⑤ Check and adjust the valve clearance.

(3) The secondary maintenance is carried out after the diesel engine has completed 500 hours of operation. In addition to the shift maintenance and primary maintenance, the following work should also be completed.

① Clean the diesel tank, diesel pipeline and oil passage with diesel oil.

② Check the working condition of the fuel injection pump and the fuel supply advance angle, and readjust it if necessary.

③ Check the fuel injection pressure and spray condition, clean and verify the fuel injection nozzle.

④ Check the tightness of the valve and valve seat, and grind and ream if necessary
