Top 5 Concerns of Precast Equipment Customers (with Solutions)

Question 1: How long can the mold last? How often does it need to be replaced?

This is the question that all customers ask the most.

In the production of prefabricated components, the mold is the core component that directly determines the quality and production efficiency of the product. The sand and stone aggregates in the concrete constantly wear down the surface of the mold during the squeezing and vibration process. Repeated opening and closing as well as vibration can also cause micro-deformations in the mold. After the mold wears out, the size accuracy of the plate decreases, the hole positions deviate, and burrs appear on the surface - ultimately resulting in a large number of defective products.
The common situation in the industry is that ordinary molds will show significant wear after being used for tens of thousands of meters, and they need to be shut down for replacement. Some molds even deform after being used for a few months due to insufficient thickness of the steel plate and insufficient rigidity.

Our solution: Tungsten carbide molds, with a service life exceeding 600,000 meters.

Take a prefabrication plant with a daily output of 500 meters as an example:
Standard molds: They need to be replaced every 5 to 8 thousand meters, and the machine has to be shut down for mold replacement approximately every 3 to 4 months.
Tungsten carbide molds: Maintenance is only required after 600,000 meters of use, approximately 3.3 years. No mold replacement is necessary.
What does this mean? For over three years, your production line has never been shut down for a single day due to mold wear and tear.

Question 2: Is the equipment precision sufficient? Will the plates produced have incorrect dimensions?

Prefabricated components have extremely high requirements for dimensional accuracy. Thickness deviations of just a few millimeters, misaligned holes, and uneven surface of the plates - these problems cannot be remedied at the construction site.
Many customers have reported that after using the equipment for several months, the boards produced began to show size deviations. The main reasons are usually: the wear of the molds causing an increase in the gap, insufficient assembly accuracy of the equipment, or the insufficient rigidity of the equipment itself.

Our solution:

Before each piece of equipment leaves the factory, we will conduct 2-hour or longer trial operation with materials,Record the current, temperature rise, and vibration values, and shoot a complete video of the operation for archiving.
The core components of the equipment are processed by CNC machining centers and high-precision gantry lathes to ensure the assembly accuracy. The ultra-high hardness of the tungsten carbide molds ensures that the molds hardly undergo any size changes during long-term use - something that ordinary molds cannot achieve.

Question 3: Will the equipment be able to be installed smoothly? Will there be any delays in production due to installation issues?

The main concern for many overseas customers is this. When the equipment is transported from China to the destination port, if there are any installation or debugging issues, a one-day halt will result in a one-day loss.
Common problems within the industry are as follows: After the equipment arrives, it is found that the power supply does not match, the foundation is not properly laid, and the mold bed is not level, resulting in installation delays of several weeks.

Our solution:

We offer three installation support methods, and customers can choose the one that suits their situation.

Self-installation:We offer detailed English instructions + installation videos + operation diagrams. Over 80% of our customers complete the installation on their own using this method.

Remote Guidance:Provide real-time video guidance for installation and commissioning via WhatsApp. Common issues will be responded to within 2 hours. We will send all the installation preparation lists to the customers before the equipment is shipped to ensure that power supply, foundation, jig bed, etc. are all prepared in advance.

Door-to-door service:If on-site installation by engineers is required, appointments can be made in advance for dispatch. The cost is $300 per day per person + round-trip airfare and accommodation.

Question 4: How is the after-sales service? What should I do if the equipment breaks down?

Equipment is a production tool, not a one-time consumer product. What customers are concerned about is not "will the equipment malfunction", but "who will handle the problem if it does occur".
The common bad experiences in the industry are as follows: when equipment breaks down, it takes several days to get a reply from the manufacturer; it takes a month to receive the spare parts; and there is no one to answer the phone for remote guidance.

Our solution:

24-month full machine warranty(Excluding wear parts and damage caused by human error), the motor and reducer are covered by a 12-month warranty.

During the warranty period, if it is not caused by human error, free replacement parts will be sent.

WhatsApp responds within 2 hours.Remote guidance solves most of the problems.

Long-term inventory of vulnerable parts,Can be replenished with new orders or shipped separately

Our philosophy is: Selling something is not the end; it is the beginning of service.

Question 5: Can you guarantee that the equipment will operate stably for an extended period of time?

What the client really wanted to ask was:Can this equipment ensure that I can produce safely for three or five years?

The core of equipment stability lies in three elements:Material, precision, service.

Ordinary equipment is made of ordinary steel, and it starts to deform after a few months; our equipment uses high-chromium alloys and tungsten carbide for its key parts, and its wear resistance is several times that of ordinary materials.
For ordinary equipment, it is not tested before leaving the factory or it merely runs at a low speed; however, each of our equipment units undergoes material testing before leaving the factory, ensuring that it can be used immediately upon delivery to the customer.
For regular equipment, we just sell it and then don't worry about it anymore. We offer a 24-month warranty, 2-hour response time, and lifetime spare parts supply.

This is not a promise; it's something we are already doing.

Our bottom line

We do not exaggerate the parameters, do not fabricate certifications, and do not recommend equipment that is not needed by the customers. If your project is truly not suitable for our equipment, we will clearly inform you - rather than concealing this to get you to place an order.
We believe that,Trust is more important than the order.
