The working principle of the Universiade mixer is based on the movement and mixing inside the mixing drum. When the vehicle is started, the drive train provides power to start rotating the drum. At the same time, the hydraulic system controls the rotational speed and direction of the mixing drum. Inside the mixing drum, spiral blades continuously push raw materials (such as cement, sand, stone, etc.) toward the drum wall and then slide down along the drum wall. This process is repeated. Due to the rotation of the mixing drum, the raw materials are mixed and brought to a uniform state. In this way, concrete is prepared during transportation and can be used directly at the construction site.
